REFUNDS: There is no charge for substitutions or adjustments which do not decrease the total amount of purchase. If your order is not confirmed by the carrier (USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex) received in 8 weeks, we will refund the full amount, unless you have agreed to wait longer or to a substitution.

NOTE: We cannot issue refunds for orders which are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address you provide. If you do not expect to be present personally at the usual time of delivery to receive mail, or if others have access to your mail or address, or if the standard method of delivery will not ensure in your expectation guaranteed delivery, you MUST request a SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION for an additional $2. Otherwise you are assuming whatever risk may be associated with unsecured delivery at your address, and agree that there will be NO refund or replacement for any order which is verified by the USPS as received by delivery confirmation service or by UPS or Fed Ex standards. This is due to the fact that customers ask us to track or resend orders, only to find that someone else at the address received it without telling them, or in extremely rare occasions, it disappeared. In other words, we are not responsible for what happens after it leaves USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. We will only issue a refund or replacement if we are not able to confirm delivery.Allow us time to track the order and see if it has been accidentally sent back first, be patient, and double check your address BEFORE completing order. TIME: We are on Indian Time. Orders usually ship within 2-14 days, although as is standard for mail order, ALLOW 8 weeks for delivery. If you need an order by a certain date, please specify in the "comments" section of the form. We may run out of a size or color so you may have to wait for next printing. If you are flexible, we may offer you an option of having an alternate color or size shipped to speed delivery up. Orders with 2, or more than 5, T shirts are usually sent priority mail. This is how we are able to help you out with these lowest rates and fastest shipping when possible. International shipping costs will be added on and a payment request sent before shipping; usual time is 6-10 days.
METHOD: USPS First Class with delivery confirmation and tracking number unless requested otherwise by customer. We can send Fed Ex or UPS or overnight when possible (please call 435-632-7494 to request), but that will increase cost by a minimum of $10 depending on weight. NOTE: You are responsible for the security of your mail once it is delivered to the address provided by you, whether or not you are there when it is delivered. For a $2 fee which we will add to your total, you can request a personal "signature required" delivery in the "comments" section in your order; otherwise, you are agreeing to allow the USPS to deliver your order in the manner acceptable to their standards, and to report problems with delivery to them. USPS cannot track overseas.
